The birth date is off one year and the city is different. I believe that this is because the informant Hubert Lattan (son of Theo Lattan) is the employer of Fred. It is noted that Fred was a painter and worked for Theo Lattan Co. The death records of both Hubert and Theo states that they were painters. I don't know of any relationship to Fred.
