He married AGNES ___, said to daughter of William de Grandison, Knt., 1st Lord Grandison. They had one son, John, Knt. [3rd Lord Bardolf]. He was summoned to Parliament from 26 August 1307 to 23 October 1330. SIR THOMAS BARDOLF died 15 Dec. 1328, and was buried at Shelford Priory, Nottinghamshire. His widow, Agnes, had a protection in 1337, she being "by birth of the parts of Almain." She received a papal indult for plenary remission at the house of death in 1351.
