      “THOMAS BARDOLF, Knt., 2nd Lord Bardolf, of Wormegay, Cantley, Caistor, Fincham, and Stow Bardolf, Norfolk, Shelford, Nottinghamshire, Ruskington and Westborough, Lincolnshire, Runcton, Stow, and Well, Norfolk, Barlings, Sussex, etc., son and heir, born at Watton at Stone, Hertfordshire 4 October 1282. He married AGNES ___, said to daughter of William de Grandison, Knt., 1st Lord Grandison. They had one son, John, Knt. [3rd Lord Bardolf]. He was summoned to Parliament from 26 August 1307 to 23 October 1330. SIR THOMAS BARDOLF died 15 Dec. 1328, and was buried at Shelford Priory, Nottinghamshire. His widow, Agnes, had a protection in 1337, she being "by birth of the parts of Almain." She received a papal indult for plenary remission at the house of death in 1351. Agnes, Lady Bardolf died at Ruskington, Lincolnshire 11 Dec. 1357.
