Libby Leroy 'Roy' Tarbert, 85 died Thurday in Lewistown of natural causes. Funeral services will be a 2 p.m. today at the Vial Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the City of Libby Cemetery. Survivors are a daughter, Thelma Bell of Rexberg, Idaho; four sons, Ernest and Kim, both of Libby; Don Tarbert of Ellensberg, Wash.; Len Tarbert of Marion; a brother, Raymond "Hap" Tarbert of Missoula; 31 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
