  RESEARCH_NOTES: 1. The christening record for Stephen names mother as Elizabeth. In the chronological context of the christening records, there are no other entries several years on either side of 1723 for a Henry with a wife named Elizabeth. All the other children (in which Stephen is almost in the middle birthwise) show a mother named Anne. Elizabeth is most likely a clerical error by the parish clerk for Anne.
