Extraction of Craft (and variants thereof) from Challock, Kent, England Parish records (FHL film 1850342) from parish beginning of 1558 until 16o5 (this Parish is also called "Challock SS [Saints?] Comos and Damian"). It appears the name dies out in our time period probably to no males named except Henry. A likely construction of this family would be parents as Henry and Jone (___) Craft with three daughters Margaret, Thomasine, and Ann all born before 1558 when the Parish records begin. The parents would have married by 1543 in order for their second oldest daughter to be at least 19 at the time of her marriage allowing a two year spread to the birth of the oldest daughter.: -23 Jan 1564/5, Henry Craft bur. -20 Jun 1565, Richard Honifold and Margrit Craft mar. -5 Nov 1565, Willm Wanscall and Thomasine Craft mar.
