Notes - OBITUARY: Luceile Tarbert Funeral services were conducted at the Vial Funeral Home Thursday for Luceile Tarbert, 66, who died of an apparent heart attack Oct. 17. Bishop Bill Perry and Ross Koehler, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, officiated at the 2 o'clock service. Michelle Hartly was organist and accompanied Henriette Brumbaugh, who sang "In the Garden" and "Abide With Me." Pallbearers were Ernest, Donald, Leonard and Kimber Tarbert andDick and Rick Bell. Burial Followed in the City of Libby Cemetery. Mrs. Tarbert was born April 14, 1917, at Libby, to Ernest and Mabel Spencer. She grew up in Libby and received her education here. She married LeRoy Tarbert on June 22, 1936 at Libby. She was employed as a switchboard operator for the General Telephone Company form many years, and was chief operator at the Libby office. She later transferred to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, where she worked until she retired in 1981. She returned to Libby in 1982. Mrs. Tarbert is survived by her husband, LeRoy, Libby; a daughter, Thelma Bell, Sugar City, Idaho; four sons, Ernest, Libby; Donald, Ellensburg, Wash.; Leonard, Thompson Falls and Kimber, Copperas Cove, Texas; three brothers, Kenneth, Ralph and Leonard Spencer, all of Libby; 24 grandchildren and 12 great grand children.
