"Bethuel Phelps, b. Hebron, CT., 25 Apr 1744, m. 13 or 17 Mar 1778, Caroline Lord, (dau. of Ephraim and Lucy (Buckley) Lord), b. Marlborough, CT, 1758, d. Warehouse Point, 20 Dec 1819. Mr. Phelps was a farmer, first settled in Hebron, CT. About 1780 he removed to Tolland, and later in life to Warehouse Point, where he died 11 Aug 1832. Children:
I. Lydia, b. Hebron, 22 Apr 1779, m. Horace Barber.
II. Epaphras Lord, b. Tolland, CT, 16 May 1783, m. twice.
III. Charles Stiles, b. Tolland, CT, 12 Mar 1789, m. four times."
