| EX-DEER PARK MAN, 79. TAKEN IN WENATCHEE WENATCHEE, April 25, Frank Joseph Tarbert, 79, Wenatchee, died here last night. Born in Ohio, he moved to Spokane in 1880 and lived much of his life in the Spokane and Deer Park regions. He moved to Wenatchee 10 years ago.
He first lived on Wild Rose prairie near Spokane and during the Indian uprising in that area he and his mother were attacked by the Indians. He later helped build an Indian stockade for protection of the whites.
He was in the lumber business in Deer Park for many years.
