RALEIGH m. 2nd 12 May 1800 at Cambridge, NY to Abigail Wells, dau. of Daniel and Hannah (LOTHROP) W. of Cambridge, NY, b. 18 Oct. 1780 at Cambridge; Esq. RALEIGH died 10 Dec. 1803, at Hebron, CT, and widow Abigail married 2nd, 2 Dec. 1805 by Rev.
