      BIRTH:
      1. There appears to be some conflicting information. Life story dictated to grandson shows 24 Apr 1834. Date and place per website for Utah State Historical Society Burials Database: 24 Apr 1834 at Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. 1862 LDS endowment record reports as 24 Apr 1833 at Monsdoboil, Nova Scotia with parents as George Biers and Barbara Eliz. Looking at the atlas, there is no Monsdoboil but there is a Musquodoboit for which Monsdoboil appears to be a bad spelling. 1900 census has another variant of Apr 1836.
