      References:
      1. William Rundle 1 Will (See Chapter 1) refers to his married daughters by husbands' surnames; to dau. Hannah & dau. Elizabeth only as daughters, implying they were not yet married. Some reports claim Elizabeth died young so perhaps there were two Elizabeths. The fact that this Elizabeth was mentioned in her father's will defies the possibility that she died young.
2 The American Genealogist VOL. 12 #1 refers to Elizabeth Rundle, sister of Joseph of New Fairfield, Conn... as wife of Benjamin Moulthrope, (1707-1736) of East Haven, Conn.
      3. Families of ANCIENT NEW HAVEN. Vol. V. See Deborah 1-5. pg. 1236-1237: "7 Benjamin... married Elizabeth ___. Perhaps she m. (2) Joseph Rundle of New Fairfield, or she may have been his sister." (Since the two wives of Joseph Rundle are documented, it seems more likely this was his sister, Elizabeth Rundle.)"
