Andy A. Foy, son, Feb 1882, 18, S, MT PA Fr. Nova Scotia, day laborer.
2. Per Ancestral File v. 4.19, parents were Thomas Burke Foy, b. 1802 in Lancaster Co., PA, and Catherine Rebecca Fink, b. 1804 in Whitefield, Indiana Co., PA. Other wife was Alice Louisa Jost b. 7 Jul 1839 at Lunenburg, Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, m. 28 Aug 1856 place unknown with no children reported with death in 1901; Ordinance Index does show at least one child: John Heber Foy; 1900 census shows total of 10 children born to Alice. Reviewed Ancestry.com 13 Dec 2002 which concurs with parents and two wives.
