      1. "Ogden Pioneer Dies at Bingham Home. E.A. Larkin left for Bingham Junction yesterday afternoon to bring the remains of Geo. F. Mr. Osborne was born in England, August 27, 1840, and came to Ogden in 1871, remaining here several years, when he moved to Bingham Junction, which had since been his home. His death came from general debility and his burial is made here to join those of his family who have passed away and were laid to rest in the City cemetery. He is survived by a daughter, Mary Ann Burnhapi [Burnhope], and two sons, Cornelius and Lambert Osborne. [This statement is in error since these are his living siblings.] The services will be held Friday, the time and place to be announced later." Ogden Daily Standard, Thurs., 21 Apr, 1910.

      ACTION:
      1. Look up in 1870 U.S. census for Utah to see if the George noted above as emigrating in 1868 with wife Ann and daughter Ann is our George or not. I believe our George may never have married.
