“GISELA OF ITALY, married before c.900 (as his 1st wife) ADALBERTO, Margrave of Ivrea, 898/902-922/924, son of Anscario, Margrave of Ivrea. They had one son, Berengario (or Bérenger) (II) [Margrave of Ivrea, King of Italy] and one daughter, Bertha [Abbess in Modena]. She died between 13 June 910 and 26 Jan. 913. He married (2nd) about 915 ERMENGARDE OF LUCCA, daughter of Adalberto, Count (or Duke) of Lucca, Margrave of Tuscany, by Bertha, daughter of Lothair II, King of Lorraine. She was born about 901. They had one son, Anscario II [Margrave of Spoleto and Camerino]. ADALBERTO, Margrave of Ivrea, died between 17 July 923 and 8 October 924. His widow, Ermengarde, died 29 Feb., after 932.
