    OBITUARY: Luceile Tarbert Funeral services were conducted at the Vial Funeral Home Thursday for Luceile Tarbert, 66, who died of an apparent heart attack Oct. 17. Bishop Bill Perry and Ross Koehler, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, officiated at the 2 o'clock service. Michelle Hartly was organist and accompanied Henriette Brumbaugh, who sang "In the Garden" and "Abide With Me." Pallbearers were Ernest, Donald, Leonard and Kimber Tarbert andDick and Rick Bell. Burial Followed in the City of Libby Cemetery. Mrs. Tarbert was born April 14, 1917, at Libby, to Ernest and Mabel Spencer. She grew up in Libby and received her education here. She married LeRoy Tarbert on June 22, 1936 at Libby. She was employed as a switchboard operator for the General Telephone Company form many years, and was chief operator at the Libby office. She later transferred to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, where she worked until she retired in 1981. She returned to Libby in 1982. Mrs. Tarbert is survived by her husband, LeRoy, Libby; a daughter, Thelma Bell, Sugar City, Idaho; four sons, Ernest, Libby; Donald, Ellensburg, Wash.; Leonard, Thompson Falls and Kimber, Copperas Cove, Texas; three brothers, Kenneth, Ralph and Leonard Spencer, all of Libby; 24 grandchildren and 12 great grand children.     Obituaries - Ray Waldo
    Ray Waldo, 78, who died at his home in Libby Monday, was born oct. 3, 1903 at Bartlett, Neb., to Hiram and Ella Waldo. He grew up in Nebraska and in eastern Montana.
    He married Jessie V. Lawrence June 24,1934 at Atkinson, Neb.
    «b»Waldo worked throughout the western United States at a carpenter in construction. he came to Libby in 1954 and worked as a carpenter for St. Regis Paper Co., until his retirement in 1968.«/b»
    A member of the Church of Jesus christ of Latter-day Saints, Waldo also belonged to the IOOF and the Carpenters and Joiners Union.
    Waldo is survived by his, Jessie, Libby; two sons, Dawayne, Summer, Wash., and Bob Colfax, Wash.; tow daughters, Vera Tarbert, Ellensburg, Wash., and Rita Coon, Colfax, Wash.; two sisters leone Kirschner, Seattle, and Ione Lillie, Bonner Springs, Kan., and 19 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son DeVere, in 1940.
    Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. today (Friday) at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with Elders Ross Koehler and Bill Johnson officiating.
    Active pallbearers will be Robert Coon, Marvin Waldo, Tony Tarbert, David Booth, Odis Moholt and Ellis Bunn.
    Honorary pallbearers will be all his many friends.
    Interment will follow in the City of Libby Cemetery under the direction of Vial Funeral Home, with graveside services by the Libby IOOF Lodge.
