  MARRIAGE: 1. The marriages of Isaac Albert Cooper to Annie [Mary Hannah] Morgan and to Mary Ellen Lofgran are documented; however, no public document has yet been found showing that the marriage to Hannah Permelia is a fact. Could someone have mixed up Annie Morgan and Hannah Hales? For the Hales marriage to work, Isaac and Hannah would have to have been married and divorced before 25 Jun 1900 when Isaac married Annie Morgan. He was 22 at this later marriage, which seems young to have already had a marriage. Hannah Hales would have been 21 in 1900. When Hannah marries Vergil Bates at the end of 1900, her name is recorded as Minnie Hales and not Cooper. More research is needed. 2.
