      OBITUARY:
      1. "Harry Elmer Koepke, 73, of 1156 Capital, died Saturday night at his home of a heart attack. Mr. Koepke was born Aug. 25, 1898, in Denver, Col., a son of William Earnest and Matilda Green Koepke. He was married to Helen F. Petersen on Aug. 20, 1924, in Ogden. He had worked as a carpenter for the railroad, and had been employed by Del Monte Canning Co. for 30 years, retiring in 1965. He served with the Navy during World War 1. He was educated in Denver, Colo., and came to Ogden 50 years ago. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church and former member of Woodmen of the World and Moose Lodge. Surviving are his widow of Ogden; two daughters, Mrs. Dick (Joyce) Ackley, Vancouver, Wash.; Mrs. LaRae McCarrel, Chula Vista, Calif.; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild; one sister, Mrs. Nina Shlop, Baldwin Park, Calif.
