1. "Murray - Erwin Glen Hales, 56, 115 E. 6261 South, died after a lingering illness Sat. in a Salt Lake hospital. Born July 5, 1897, Junction, Piute County, son of Charles Henry and Jemima Ann Adair Hales. Moved to Murray 1917. Member Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Until illness was head carpenter at Hotel Utah. Married Ruth L. Rugg, Murray, Nov. 12, 1917. Surviving: widow; daughters: Mrs. Isabelle Faye Carroll, Mrs. J. Arlene Nelsen, Murray; brothers, sister: O.W. Hales, Battle Mountain, Nev.; A.L. Hales, Echo, Utah; Mrs. Jennie H. Moorhouse, Phoenix, Ariz, three grandchildren. Funeral Wed. 2 p.m., at 4760 S.
