- RESEARCH_NOTES:
1. Mentioned in husband's will per FHL film 188782 Rochester Consistory Court Probate: William Packe, dated and proved 1505, East Barming, Kent, England, Registered Will DRb/PWr/6.126, my abstract; very difficult to read so I only pull the relationships:
- Jane my wife
- children (plural) but not named.
- my son William
- talks of several pieces of land for names I can't interpret but mainly for Barming. Mentions "at the Elme in."
DEATH:
1. FHL film 188785 Rochester Consistory Court Probate: William Pak, dated and proved 1531, East Barming Ditton, Kent, England, Registered Will DRb/PWr/9.5, my abstract; difficult to read so I only pull the relationships:
- Joan my wife
- my sons John Pak and William Pak
- Joan Downs my daughter
- Joan and the two sons are executors
- talks of his land in East Barming Ditton
- If John does not marry and have sons, then the lands to go to William Pak
- A Thomas Pak is mentioned but probably not in the context of a son. Seems to be in a bit of an overseer relationship or perhaps something with the land. Does not seem to be a son -- perhaps a brother.
