Mary E., dau., b. Mar 1899, 1, b. UT, fa. b. UT, mo. b. UT.
3. Parents per Ancestral File v4.19: Uri Elctus Stewart and Hannah Elizabeth Case. I found a Uriah and Hannah Steward in the 1880 census in Spanish Fork but the only children listed were Muzette age 5, Uriah age 3, and William age 2 without any Sarah listed. There are however several Sarah Stewarts born in Utah in 1878 and 1879 per 1880 Census and I am unsure which parents would be correct if that is the case.
4. 12 children per Ancestral File v4.19.
