      DEATH:
      1. Worldconnect database cited above notes death in Tallapoosa Co. probably due their burial in that county; however, they were very large slave owners in the 1850 census in Talladega County. It seems unlikely to me that they would have just recently moved at their ages and then present econonic circumstance. I will use "of" Talladega County for their death in my database.

      BURIAL:
      1. Tombstone inscriptions are on the web at http://ftp.rootsweb.com/pub/usgenweb/al/tallapoosa/cemeteries/libertymeth.txt:

"Mary C. Gamble Consort of William Gamble Born in the Laurence District S.C. 1803 d 7-6-1851 52 Years (this is Inscribed on the top of the tomb also) Amiableness."
There are also some descendants as well in the same cemetery.
