      DEATH:
      1. Death is suggested to be in Tallapoosa Co. due their burial in that county; however, they were very large slave owners in the 1850 census in Talladega County. On the surface it would seem unlikely that they would have just recently moved at their ages and then present econonic circumstance, however, they did in fact move. William's will would have been probated in the county where he was living at the time of his death. Talledega Co. Deed Bk I page 356 states, "... and the said William Gamble did since that time and since said bond was executed removed to the county of Tallapoosa and has since departed this life ...". Here is a link to the deed. https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CSPL-1W3F-F?i=706&cat=522386
