B2, p. 597: Deed poll and indenture between Isaac Winner selling his land of about 70 acres between Toms River and Long Swamp16 Oct 1819 to William Phillips [son from his wife's first marriage to Andrew Phillips]. Deed notes both parties are of Dover. Value of transaction was $10 and recorded 21 Oct 1819.
NJ State Archives, Monmouth co., vol. I-2, p. 57: Deed poll and indenture between Naomy Winner and Obediah H. Phillips to William Phillips selling a lot of about 70 acres on the North side of Toms River 21 Oct 1824 to William Phillips [sons from her first marriage to Andrew Phillips]. Deed notes all parties are of Dover. Value of transaction was $20. Deed has great detail about the location of the lot. No relationships stated.
