Deed notes both parties are of Dover. Value of transaction was $10 and recorded 21 Oct 1819.

Phillips to William Phillips selling a lot of about 70 acres on the North side of Toms River 21 Oct 1824 to William Phillips [sons from her first marriage to Andrew Phillips]. Deed notes all parties are of Dover. Value of transaction was $20. Deed has great detail about the location of the lot. No relationships stated.
