      OBITUARY:
      1. "Spanish Fork - Mrs. Hannah Boyack Hales, 72, lifelong resident of Spanish Fork, died Thursday evening at her home, 208 N. 6th East, of causes incident to age. She was born June 21, 1872, in Spanish Fork, a daughter of Joseph and Christine Archibald Boyack. She married Harmon B. Hales Nov. 24, 1897. He died Feb. 5, 1934. Active in LDS church work, she took part in LDS Relief Society and LDS temple activities. She is survived by three sons and two daughters, Robert E. Hales and Mrs. Jessie Peel of Manga; Mrs. Myrl Davis, Los Angeles, Cal.; Harry and Darrell Hales of Spanish Fork; 13 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. Charles Wood, Spanish Fork, and one brother, Alex Boyack, Salt Lake City. Four of the grandchildren are in the armed forces. Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 2 p.m. in the First LDS ward chapel by Arthur Grotegut, bishop. Burial will be in Spanish Fork cemetery. Friends may call at the residence Sunday after 6 p.m. and Monday prior to services which will be under the direction of the Claudin Funeral home."
