Hebron, Ct., dau. or Robert and Ruth (Bridges) Stiles. Mr Phelps settled in Hebron, Ct., where he died. Children b. Hebron, Ct.: I. Amy, b. 11 Nov 1726. II. Zuriah, b. 3 Apr 1729, m. Dorothy. III.
